Here's our blueprint to get you THRIVING in your body and health in the first 30 days
We get you in our private facility, introduce you to the community and work on teaching you the basics of strength training. Focusing on correct form and technique for a safe start - whether your are a beginner or have lifted before.
We organise a time to talk with a coach 1 on 1 to create a 90 day plan to get you moving each day towards your goals both in and out of the gym. We use what works for YOU with your nutrition and lifestyle to support your training.
We focus on building a sustainable and fun routine. To solidify your consistency over your first 30-90 days in THRIVE. From there, we see your strength increase, your nutritional choices get easier, your confidence grow and your results flourish.
Meet the co-owners Jo & James. We believe strength training is the fundamental bottom line to living a long and healthy life. But, who said it doesn't have to be fun? After both finding love for strength training and coaching hundreds of clients over the years, THRIVE is the accumulation of our years of coaching expertise.

Our gym is right next to The Level park. A 20 minute walk from Brighton Train Station and conveniently located for residents of Elm Grove, Hanover, Kemptown, Round Hill and Preston Park.
We are a personal training gym. You get a bespoke programme that suits your needs (but you get 3x the amount of in-gym time with a coach than you would traditional 1-1 PTing)
If you do not get results in your first 30 days being in THRIVE. No questions asked. So long as you show up, do your sessions, communicate with your coach... We know we will get you feeling stronger, fitter and healthier.
The best time to start was years ago. The second best time to start is now. Strength training means you get to see the changes to TODAY, but is also a massive investment into your future body.
